(1) Solar photovoltaic resource evaluation system

In 2010-2011, ENFI proposed a research task on photovoltaic resource evaluation system, and built one PV power station in ENFI No.1 Building. Zhejiang Fuyang Chunnan Sewage Treatment Plant, Luhuo County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan, Shuozhou of Shanxi, Zhongwei of Ningxia, and Yakeshi of Inner Mongolia respectively. Among them, 9 PV power stations have been completed which are distributed in Category I, II and III solar energy areas in China. The stations will provide scientific basis in collection of meteorological data, comparison and selection of product performance and simulation of actual operation effect of photovoltaic power stations.

(2) Technology R&D

In May 2011, design of the first intelligent linkage solar tracking system was finalized and put into industrialized production. It was successfully applied in Ningxia Zhongwei No. 5 PV Power Station.
